The Ask: Island Soles is a Newport based brand that launched their boutique in July 2021. They are looking to drive traffic to their retail location through social media and internet ads during the 2021 holiday season. They asked Johnson & Wales Copywriting and Art Directing class to create a Social Media campaign that would increase traffic to their store and highlight products for gift giving.

Strategy: 
Island Soles has an edgy and stylish vibe, which inspired my groups theme: experimentation. We wanted to encourage shoppers to give a gift of style.
We started by creating graphics of bright color swirls that could be used throughout ads to create a consistent theme. 
Carousel ads were created to promote online sales for the holiday season. We included a follow up ad for Spring 2022 to show how the theme could be used universally.  
To promote in-store sales, we decided on Instagram story ads to show products and engage with our audience.
