The Ask: 
Maddox Closet is a boutique that was started in April of 2020 in Providence, RI. With only one location in the Providence Place Mall, Maddox Closet flourished online and grew quickly because of their stylish social media presence. 
For a class project, my group teamed up with them to conduct a full social media audit.

Strategy: 
What do you suggest to a brand that has already perfected one social media? We suggested more platforms to perfect! 
Pinterest gave Maddox Closet a chance to share their content with another audience. By using the "Shop" feature, viewers can purchase items directly from Pinterest.​​​​​​​
Additionally, we suggested an "Ambassador Takeover" campaign. During this time a college brand ambassador would take over the Instagram and go live to talk about their lifestyle, favorite trends and pieces, and their personal style. Due to the stores Rhode Island origin, college ambassadors would start in Rhode Island universities and expand further as the brand grows.
